2) Conditions

Payment Schedule
25% of the total amount is due at the time of booking, the remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
100% of the paid deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before arrival.
No refund will be given for later cancellations.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required.

Additional Fees
- Linen package (bed linen and towels): €20 per person
- Final cleaning: €90
